Traditional workforce programs often fail to recognize and develop these unique talents.
Our Solution
SPARK GSO transforms neurodiverse workforce development into sustainable career success and community economic impact. Through our three integrated programs, we're creating a new model that works:
ASTEAM Engine provides hands-on workforce training for neurodiverse young adults across six creative disciplines: Astronomy, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. Our 3-month paid internships offer real-world experience with professional mentorship from industry veterans.
SPARK Creative operates our Small Business Initiative (SBI), providing professional video production services to local businesses at nonprofit pricing while creating employment opportunities for our graduates. We're not just training talent—we're creating jobs.
SPARK ID hosts SPARKfest (our annual celebration) and quarterly SPARK Connect networking events, building the community connections that turn short-term training into lifelong career support.
