Soul-Mates is a drama/comedy short film to be produced by BRIGHTMOSS. Written by Macy Jacob and Elle Birdsell, the film depicts a story of mental illness and recovery.
Your donation will be used to pay our incredibly talented female and queer led cast and crew, as well as provide funding for locations, on-set meals, and festival submissions.
Summary: A young woman on the brink of suicide forms an unlikely friendship with a spirit that possesses her.
This short film will be shot in and around Columbus, OH in June of 2025.
