Monthly Shed payments are a costly expense for the Sanctuary. Because these sheds are crucial to the health and safety of our residents, they are a top priority!
The sheds are lease to own agreements, which have interest rates added on to each payment.
If we are able to pay off the shed in-full EARLY, we avoid COSTLY interest payments.

All Monthly donors will have their name placed on a commemorative Home-Free thank you plaque at the entrance to the shed!
We will decorate the paid off Shed to celebrate and share fun videos and photos with you of the new homeowners!
