We have been able to work with media and leaders to improve mental health for physicians and other healthcare workers. Sharp index is dedicated to the belief that we all have the power to help improve healthcare. Physicians should not be forced to be heroes. We have given over 80 direct childcare grants, given scholarships, had yearly awards, and advocated for improved protection of physician mental health. This fundraiser allows us to continue our work to heal the healers.
