Sonoma County Vintners Foundation GivingTuesday

Sonoma County Vintners Foundation (SCVF) celebrates GivingTuesday for Sonoma County each year and is looking forward to mobilizing our vintner and donor community on November 29, 2022.

We were thrilled to attend the recent opening of the Caritas Center, the largest homeless services hub in Sonoma County. Our generous vintner members and donors made it possible for SCVF to gift $1 million to the construction of the 48,000-square-foot facility, with in-house services provided by numerous dedicated nonprofits – some of which also receive funding from SCVF. This is a triumph for how effective community collaboration can be.

An accredited 501c(3) nonprofit organization, funds raised by SCVF are used for our annual Community Grants and Emergency Relief Fund, offering sustainable support for long-term programs and short-term needs. Our latest $1 million distribution funded 101 grants for education & literacy, health & human services, the environment, and arts & culture.
