You're invited to join us in the work of engaging and training Southside youth. We work with youth who are least likely to have access to leadership experiences in their communities. Our home-grown, trauma-informed curriculum addresses the root causes that prevent youth from creating and advancing a vision for their future. Our strategies emphasize providing the tools that will help them amplify their own voices, increase their understanding of reconciliation and peacemaking, while raising their awareness of their own strengths and beauty as human beings. We believe these are the skills needed to develop strategies that will inspire them and their peers.
