For her 30th birthday, Caroline is taking on the challenge of climbing 30 pitches in one day on June 1st at Mission Gorge to raise funds for San Diego Climbing School’s programs. Spencer will be right there with her offering solid belays and snacks all day long.
We are deeply grateful for your support - whether it's a donation to fund SDCS programs or a few words of encouragement to cheer Caroline on as she climbs toward this meaningful goal.
Suggested donation is just $1 a pitch!
You can follow along Caroline's sufferfest on Instagram @sdclimbingschool or come cheer her on in person at Mission Gorge.
Your donation will go directly to funding the following programs:
The Phoenix Community Program:
SDCS is partnering with The Phoenix to provide monthly outdoor rock climbing Community Programs for people who have lived experience with or have been impacted by substance use and addiction in San Diego County.
Women's Affinity Programs:
SDCS Women’s Affinity Programs create supportive spaces for women, nonbinary folks and climbers who feel comfortable in an environment that centers women to build skills, confidence, and community. Led by experienced female guides, these programs center belonging, mentorship, and representation in the outdoors.
Summer Camp Scholarships:
We believe every young person deserves access to the outdoors. SDCS offers need-based scholarships for our summer climbing camps to help remove financial barriers and create inclusive, empowering experiences for all youth.
THANK YOU for helping us give the gift of growth, connection and awe to the San Diego climbing community.
