HEY CALIFORNIANS!

Don’t want a mini 5G cell tower installed outside of your home? Well soon, you may not have a choice. Two dangerous, industry-sponsored bills are quickly moving through the California State Legislature and could take away your ability to say ‘no.’

We’ve hired a professional lobbying team to help us defeat these bills, but our costs are high, and we need more funds to help keep this critical fight alive.

There are two bills (AB-537 and SB-556) quickly moving through the California State Legislature.

If these bills pass, any remaining local control over the deployment of powerful, radiation-emitting 5G infrastructure near homes and schools in your community will virtually disappear.

Our organization, Americans for Responsible Technology (ART), has been asked by a funder to help coordinate the opposition to these bills.

We’ve engaged a professional lobbying team to help us navigate the complex world of politics in Sacramento, to advise us on the most effective arguments and methods of communication, and to put us in closer (or in some cases, direct) touch with legislators and staff.
