Help Ukrainian Veteran Roman Raise $4000 for Life-Changing Rehab Services
At 19, Roman left college to volunteer in Ukraine’s defense. In 2019, a combat injury led to the traumatic amputation of his leg.
But Roman didn’t give up. He told the surgeon, ‘Cut what you need. I need to run, jump, live actively.’
Today, Roman has completed six world marathons on a prosthetic leg, pulled a 16-ton airplane, and won national CrossFit championships. Now, he’s taking on the Boston Marathon—his 7th.
This time, he’s running for others.
Roman’s Goal: Raise $4000 to help support rehab and prosthetic care for 100,000 Ukrainian veterans who’ve lost limbs.
Rehabilitation is about more than a prosthesis. It’s about dignity, independence, and the chance to truly live again. Roman’s journey proves what’s possible when veterans get the care they need.
“If one person we help goes on to inspire the world, then every donation was worth it.”
Donate today. Every step Roman takes helps another veteran stand strong.
