In less than two weeks, our community raised over $60,000 to donate half an ambulance to Magen David Adom. Now, our goal is to raise a total of $120,000 to donate a whole ambulance. Both ambulance doors will be inscribed with a dedication from the Riverdale Jewish community.
We are united in support of our siblings in Israel and with Jews all around the world. Am Yisrael Chai.
In the early hours of October 7, Hamas launched a major attack against Israel. As many as 1,400 Israelis have been killed and more than 3,300 have been injured. As always, the men and women of Magen David Adom are risking their lives to save the lives of others. Now, more than ever, MDA needs your help.
Israel's Home Front Command has said MDA will need 300 new ambulances to face the threat of a multi-front war with it's neighbors.
The workhorse of MDA’s vehicle fleet, Life Support ambulances carry equipment and trained personnel to treat everything from a mother ready to give birth to a fall in the home to a terrorist attack.
The Riverdale Jewish Community is raising $60,000 to donate half an ambulance to Magen David Adom. One of the ambulance doors will be inscribed with a dedication from the Riverdale Jewish Community.
Your support has never mattered more. Terrorism is on the rise on Israel’s streets and borders.
Life Support ambulances are critical to treat and transport patients.
Your donation ensures Magen David Adom's 33,000 paramedics, EMTS, first responders, and first-aid providers -- volunteers and staff -- have the training, equipment, and medical supplies they need to treat all injured and ill people in Israel.
