The San Francisco Association of Realtors® Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is proud to announce the RISE Grant & Mentorship Program!

The Rise Grant & Mentorship Program empowers Realtors® from communities historically underrepresented in the real estate profession during the initial stages of their real estate career, or for those already in the profession who are ready to take their career to a new level. Each RISE grant-recipient will receive one year of mentorship with experienced Realtors® and a financial grant to support business expenses.


Priority will be given to individuals who identify as Black/African American and/or Indigenous/Native American and/or Hispanic/Latino/a/Latinx.


RISE grant-recipients, RISE Cohorts, will receive training to sales, business operations, marketing and mindset/personal development.


The RISE Grant & Mentoring Program grant will be given to each RISE Cohort Member to go towards one year of typical "start-up costs" for the real estate profession.
