Renewal Life Church is committed to transforming lives on Chicago’s Southside by offering shelter, hot meals, mental health counseling, and spiritual support to individuals facing homelessness. Your contribution directly enables us to:
- Shelter up to 50 individuals each night in a safe, dignified environment
- Serve hot meals twice weekly to our homeless neighbors
- Provide trauma-informed mental health support and counseling
- Empower guests to set and achieve their own life goals
With winter approaching, more individuals are seeking safe refuge and holistic support. Our current funding covers only basic needs, leaving us unable to expand our impact or address urgent repairs. Additional funds will:
- Purchase new bedding and supplies
- Hire and train additional staff and volunteers
- Repair and maintain our 3,000 sq ft sanctuary space
- Strengthen our mental health and job-readiness programs
