What began as a small grassroots organization in 2001— housing underserved individuals in Vine City — has since grown into an effective and state-wide nonprofit organization serving many. Yet, one thing has remained the same. We are and have always been for the community.
We work with more than 75 nonprofit partners across Georgia to deliver a host of social, financial and health-related services for nearly 1,100 clients and residents annually.
Our mission is to create resilient communities and foster social equity through collaboration and service integration. Our work, our purpose, is to make a real and positive mark on the communities we serve.
