Hi everyone! We are the QT Bear Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and our mission is simple; to comfort children in need through the gift of a teddy bear. We provide comfort, hope, and love to little ones when they need it most.
We are currently raising funds to be able to send QT bears to children who are living in the streets of Mbale, Uganda.
This fundraiser is a collaboration with First Congregational Church of Torrington, CT and First Church of Mbale, Uganda in their efforts to care for these children.

"When the impoverished families of Mbale are unable to care for their children, they are put out on the streets without the necessities for life. They must fend for themselves in seeking food, water, and shelter. First Church of Mbale, Uganda and First Church of Torrington, CT are working together to help save these children. They are seeking to provide essential necessities for them. In speaking with Eric Manana, Pastor of First Church in Uganda, he said to receive QT Bears would lift the children's spirits greatly and bring a smile to their faces."
For every $25 raised, a bear will be sent to a child in need.
We have seen firsthand how much our QT Bears spread love, light, and positivity in dark times, and we pray these bears will bring a sense of peace to these children.
