When you look closely at the "Team Unbreakable Family Fun Mission" logo, you see a few different types of creative coping outlets turned into creative lettering. That's because all of the current projects are the steps leading to our goal of a Family Fun Center.
Picture this:
You're a parent with multiple children who have different interests. One child may be into music lessons when the other prefers to sit in silence in the waiting room with a book. The other sibling stayed home because he/she prefers to spend his/her time gaming with friends. One child may have so many different interests that vary every month leaving piles of unused hobby materials and money wasted. The parent-guilt of not being able to provide one's children with the ability to "chase their dreams" stresses the parent out, leaving them searching for their own creative coping style...
Sometimes the lack of exposure to the vast amount of ways to help one process thoughts and emotions can lead a person clinging to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Tuffmission's Family Fun Center would include a variety of different healthy creative hobbies providing a space for the whole family to explore different hobbies and learn about each other's! This space would be the venue for a variety of things, including a teen foster closet, and tons of family fun nights {FAMILY FRIENDLY KARAOKE ANYONE?!?}, creativity workshops {Connect & Create}, and offer a place for the Tuffmission team to effectively serve the community with Tuff Totes and birthday boxes and parties!

Tuffmission believes we can work together to bring the Light to break thru the darkness by providing a village of support for families challenged by social, emotional, or economic limitations, and promote creativity & community as a way to fight depression & anxiety.
