I am older and started in the more mundane porn magazine days. But I now know from experience that the behavior that leads to a porn addiction can at first feel like a yellow brick road leading to an exciting, endless supply of on-demand pleasure. However, in the long run, it turns into a minefield that leads to nothing but a hellish existence of shame, despair, and depression that destroys lives.

PMO is like fightin a cocaine addiction for me. The amount of times I had done it in a day is scary and I am trying my absolute best to recover with Ur help and team Dr.Trish. I have never felt so lonely in my life and mood swings but I know there is a life in the end of the tunnel and a bright future. I love to bring other people joy and purpose too so hopefully I can in the future.

Dr Leigh, I found you by accident and started your No Nut November film monthly series last spring. I have been masturbating to porn since I was 12 and I'm now 73. I have been off of looking at porn for over 110 days and the desire is getting weaker and weaker. I really think your program to get the message out to the professional world is so important. As a former porn addict, I have made a conscience decision to donate this to prevent the cause and strive for healthy habits to this generation and the next.
I am currently 20 years old and in the recovery process being almost 2 years off porn. I started using porn when I was 12 years old (being extremely addicted) and during the recovery process (being educated from youtube videos) from porn it has taken everything from me including family relationships, confidence, depressing and on the educational side such as attending university. I truly believe that anyone who has a phone at any age is at the risk of being exposed to and addicted to pornography. Finally, I would not wish anyone else in any of my lives to go through this pain where we are not encouraged to get help too. Hope this donation even though it might not be a lot will prevent the future youth, and older to be educated and help the live a fulfilled lives that they want to live as porn takes everything from you (even loved ones.). Alas, the younger generation no matter who they are should be educated in healthy ways to manage stress so they can reach their full potential as it is infinite. Thank you to what you do Dr Trish and the team are really doing! (literally will help change and save a life haha) <3.
