Anita's Pilgrimage for Parkinson's has reached two milestones! Anita completed the second week of her journey across Spain, and thanks to the incredible generosity of our friends, family and community, on April 11th – World Parkinson's Day 🙌 – we reached our first goal of $50K raised for PESGSC.
Let's keep it going!! Anita is carrying PESGSC with her with every step she takes! Her pilgrimage will impact so many lives of people living with Parkinson's, and we are deeply grateful that you are alongside Anita and us on this journey.
Let's spur her on by celebrating and sharing with your social networks and others affected by Parkinson's!
I'm so in awe of Anita and all of you -
Tom
Greetings from Pamplona, Spain and Rehoboth, Delaware -
Anita is now four days into her ambitious, generous pilgrimage, traversing the Pyrenees mountains of France into Spain. This is one of the most challenging stretches of Anita's 500 mile journey. We're cheering her on every step of the way.
Back here in Rehoboth, I'm working hard on my Parkinson's health journey. This week I exercised for nearly 10 hours with my Parkinson's group and walks with my dogs. I boxed, did TRX, spinning and PWR.
Both Anita and I have been energized on every step by the INCREDIBLE support of this crazy, generous community. In just two weeks, you've helped us raise more than $42,000 - just a short way to go to reach our $50,000 goal!
Thanks for your overwhelming generosity and kindness! Let's keep it going!
Tom
