Across the nation children are being poorly taught from both public and private education institutions. They are taught to hate the foundation of America or are not taught the fundamental lessons of the Constitution. This can be deeply damaging to families, communities, and our country’s future.
PERK Academy, an education initiative of PERK, exists to give students a personal, experiential connection to their constitutional rights and founding principles so that liberty becomes part of their identity rather than a chapter they skim.
Primarily the curriculum is currently best for 5th–12th grade students and their teachers/homeschool parents, with donors, sponsors, and partner organizations as the secondary audience who fund and distribute the programs.

By sponsoring a classroom, students will experience immersive civics education starting with the 1776 app where they step inside Independence Hall and the Continental Congress, paired with a turnkey 30–45 minute Constitution Day lesson on the Declaration, Articles of Confederation, and Constitution. Plus future lesson plans, videos, and classroom materials on constitutional rights and individual freedoms. This sponsorship provides curriculum they can use year after year.
We are introducing a Pay It Forward model: A $150 sponsorship gives one classroom of 30 students permanent access to 1776 plus the Constitution Day lesson at zero cost to the school or families; anyone can nominate or sponsor a classroom, and PERK selects participating classrooms from nominations by teachers, parents, and partner organizations on a first-verified, first-served basis.

PERK is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Protecting the Educational Rights of Kids. PERK’s mission is to advocate for medical freedom, bodily autonomy, civil rights, parental rights and to protect the right to an education for high school students, college students, and elementary school age children. PERK has tens of thousands of members consisting of public employees, first responders, students and parents of children attending school, grades K through 12.
Because of your unwavering support, our efforts have produced result after result. Mandates have been delayed and dropped due to PERK’s efforts. Because of PERK’s efforts, parental rights have been preserved, children have been protected, and educational rights have been upheld.
