As we mark our 25th anniversary at Promoting Awareness | Victim Empowerment, we reflect on the countless lives we’ve been privileged to support. We can only continue to provide this crucial support with your help.
The news about the change in administration has left us with a deep sense of uncertainty. Our commitment to survivors remains unwavering, but we’re at a critical crossroads. The future of our funding is uncertain, and we know how much our survivors rely on the safe space, resources, and support we provide. After the 2016 election, programs like ours saw a stark decrease in funding opportunities, while also seeing a significant increase in need. As a result, many organizations like PAVE had to shut their doors, leaving survivors alone, with fewer resources for life-changing support. This work is vital, and we can’t continue it alone. Now, more than ever, we need you.
With your generous support, we have strengthened our small team and expanded our reach nationwide. Every year, we stand alongside individuals impacted by trauma, giving them not just the immediate help they need, but also the empowerment to rebuild their lives and create brighter futures. PAVE is unique in our ability to provide survivors all over the nation with access to free resources, support, and community from the comfort of their own homes. This level of privacy is more important now than ever before. And while we celebrate all that has been accomplished, we know there is still much to do.
By donating in honor of our 25 years of service, you will be directly supporting individuals who rely on our resources to reclaim their lives. Each dollar you give goes toward ensuring survivors have a safe place to heal, rebuild, and find strength within themselves.
