This "Pilot Program" for pastors includes young ministers from over 3 states participating in learning the top 3 impacting predictors of long-term well-being for ministers based on Shepherd's Fold's 2019 study of retired ministers. Participants in this Pilot Program will receiving readings, project assignments, and podcasts to help integrate these concepts into their daily lives and participants will offer their feedback about how to proceed in helping others integrate these concepts.
