Develop unity of spirit and direction with parents and supporters for understanding our purpose and plans by increasing learning opportunities for board members, faculty, staff, parents, and students related to the philosophy of Christian education and biblical worldview.
Provide means to make education more affordable to worthy hard-working families who are dedicated to partnering with us in our mission and values.
Enhance buildings, equipment, and opportunities for our children to develop their lives more fully with long-range planning for expansion of facilities, equipment, and programs.
Improve professional and academic practices with a strategic plan for raising teacher pay and by investing in greater professional development opportunities related to specific job responsibilities and academic content for administration, teachers, and support staff to encourage strong job performance, satisfaction, and longevity.
