Who Are We?
P3 Productions is a community-driven, event-based, and action-oriented organization on a mission to break barriers for Black creatives within the entertainment industry by promoting power, prestige and purpose for the community at large.
What Are We Doing?
We are currently raising funds and gathering support in preparation for our FIRST summit in April, where emerging artists, industry executives and brands and businesses will gather to exchange industry insight and resources, network, share their stories and celebrate their journeys as Black creatives and professionals in various creative lanes.
Why Are We Here?
To hold space and gather for one day to learn, grow, and support creatives of color who aspire to thrive in an industry notorious for exploiting them and their lack of information, access and opportunities.
During this summit, creatives will learn how to protect and own their work, how to make (and manage) money from their creative work, and more! Real insight, real testimony, real community, in real time.
Why Do We Need Your Money?
To offset event production costs (virtual event platform, A/V and tech, marketing and promotion, event staff, etc.) with the HIGH hopes we can offer this event at little to no cost for our attendees. There are also a few creative components we would love to compensate artists and crew for (no explanation required). Bottom line? We're asking you help us help the community #PayItForward.
