Spring Reins of Life (SRoL) is in the midst of reinvention and we are on the comeback trail! Last year was challenging yet brought forward many positive changes. SRoL has a new executive board, a brand-new website on the way, and so much more to come.
One thing that has remained constant at SRoL is Operation Horse. Since our beginning we have proudly served those who have served.
Today in 2024 - Veterans are at the Gate! Join us in providing Operation Horse Wednesday for New Jersey Veterans with PTSd to Benefit.
Spring Reins of Life has a survivor goal to accomplish with your assistance. In June 2012, New Jersey Veterans were the first population we served with several groups from the NJVAHCS PTSd Combat Trauma Unit began a legacy here at SRoL with the Herd and Veterans. Post pandemic, it was New Jersey Veterans who were our first groups to return to the Herd, by their request. When you contribute to this campaign you are supporting mental health for Veterans. For many trauma survivors, traditional talk therapy and even drug therapy is not effective. Horses can offer a place to build a relationship on trust and from there the Horses lead a path towards peace.
