(Fellowship House is a 501c3 ministry of Armor of God, Inc) As the problems in our society multiply, such as anxiety, fear, worry, stress, marital problems, broken families, youth and teen troubles, financial hardships, and a disconnect from God. At Fellowship House we have a solution; to bring hope to the hopeless through community, the fellowship of believers, and the love of God. Bible studies, a worship center, and even our cafe are all part of cultivating fellowship, discipleship, and outreach opportunities.
Over the last 25-plus years, we have witnessed incredible transformations. Couples on the verge of divorce have found breakthroughs and saved their marriages through our biblical marital counseling. Addicts who have been struggling for 15 years have gone through our year-long recovery partner program and completely turned their lives around, devoting themselves to Christ. We have provided counseling for individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, suicide, addictions, marital problems, troubled teens, women in hopeless situations, individuals with financial difficulties, and many other issues. By guiding them through strong biblical counseling, we have helped them find a better place in life and a loving relationship with our Lord and Savior.
We have also provided food to the hungry, shelter to the homeless, restored relationships, facilitated financial breakthroughs, observed healings, witnessed miracles, and offered hope to the hopeless.
Pastor Mark and Monica Harrison have personally mentored youth, guiding them to full-time ministry, with one individual joining the FCA, who has now been elevated to VP of the elite pro athletes which in and of itself is completely amazing. To this day we have numerous individuals who started with us in their youth and now are in their 30’s still reaching out and staying in touch and that is strictly due to the love of Christ that we poured out to them.
It is crucial for us to secure funding as soon as possible to complete the church rehab and open our doors to the public. Our aim is to provide all of our services to the community, offering love and starting the healing process. We are eager to be a beacon of hope for a lost generation.
We exist to serve and our goal is to love everyone with the love of Christ. Through the Fellowship House, we aim to spread love and bring hope to the hopeless and the lost. We want to restore what the enemy has attempted to steal and be a beacon of hope for Apopka and the surrounding areas.
Our French-style café will be open seven days a week as a nonprofit Christian coffee house serving coffee drinks, french pastries, donuts, and light sandwiches. All proceeds will fund our outreach ministries.
Our library of 17 thousand books will be open for all to enjoy, providing a relaxing environment for reading, studying, and growing in the Lord, while enjoying a coffee beverage and pastry.
The worship center, bordering the café with easy accessibility, will be available for nights of worship, bible studies, meetups, and much more. We want the Fellowship House to be a full spiritual experience for all who come.
