The David E. Glover Emerging Technology Center (A project of OCCUR) is a design, technology, and maker space in the heart of East Oakland, proving free technology education to youth, adults, and seniors throughout the East Bay.

With your support, you can help close the digital divide in Oakland. People of the East Bay deserve access to the tools of technology, engineering, innovation, and design — and we believe with those tools, they can change the world.

OCCUR is a Black-led non-profit legacy organization in Oakland, CA committed to its mission to creating capacity-building opportunities to support the well-being, economic development, and civic inclusion of marginalized communities.

Donors may designate their contribution to a project under the project scope of The David E. Glover Technology Center. You may donate to support Youth Video Game Night- A nonviolence initiative, emerging technology programming or you can support to ensure the center has the latest technology and software.
