O.P.S. Save & Support Our Pantry
Currently, our monthly donations are down 62%. What this means is that if we aren’t able to raise enough funds, the OPS and our pantry might have to either temporarily or permanently close down.
The food we give out costs us approximately $3,500 to purchase each month, and the vehicle maintenance plus transportation costs us around $1,500 per month. Factoring in all other expenses (utilities, mortgage, cleaning supplies, other supplies, etc.) the Pantry costs us about $8,000 to run each month.

Our Pantry is open 4x more frequently than the majority of all other pantries in the Central Texas area. Because of this, we’re able to provide food to an average of 3,500 families each month.

In 2023 this allowed us to feed 108,652 active duty soldiers, veterans, first responders, and their families which is approximately 68% of the population of the city we’re based in. There is limited access to grocery stores in the area of Killeen that we’re located in, which means that for a lot of low-income families, we’re one of the only ways to have access to fresh produce, meats, and shelf-stable foods on a consistent basis.
DONATE TO KEEP OUR DOORS OPEN
Every dollar counts - even if it’s just a dollar. Our end goal is to have 2,000 monthly supports, but our current goal is to reach 1,000 monthly supporters by March 2024. We currently have about 500 supports, so we're halfway there!
Please consider donating to our cause! Every donation is put right back into our community, allowing us to continue serving those who've served us.
Thank you for your continued support,
-The Operation Phantom Support Team
