NourishNYC is requesting recurring support to ensure that we can always cover our most basic monthly operational expenses.
NourishNYC is a community organization dedicated to practicing and building a holistic approach to community care by centering the needs of Black LGBTQ+ New Yorkers. Since 2020, we have been able to impact over 30k people by distributing food, hygiene products, clothing, school supplies, and micro-grants [to increase access to food, rent, health, transportation, and joy]. Additionally, we have been able to host events such as Art in the Park.
Your recurring donation will help us pay for:
- Office Space [The office helps us with the following: a physical address*, a space to receive and store in-kind donations, a physical space for us + other groups to organize in and more!)
- Website + Email Hosting + Password Manager + VPN + Canva Pro + Phone
- Occasional legal and bookkeeping fees
- Any money outside of this will enable us to continue purchase goods that we distribute to the community and funds our programming.
