Enough is Enough. Rita Montoya is a mom of two MCPS elementary school kids who knows that our kids can't learn if they don't feel safe. If elected, she will invest in student achievement by supporting academic and extracurricular programs; ensure students and staff feel safe from hate bias, violence and emotional health challenges; and rebuild public trust by modeling accountability, leadership, oversight and transparency.
