The MN State EMS LODD Memorial Foundation is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for the creation of an EMS Line of Duty Death (LODD) Memorial on the Minnesota State Capitol Grounds. 




All donations are collected by the HCAPE Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization (EIN 87-4700164), under a fiscal sponsorship agreement. All funds will go directly to the MN State EMS LODD Memorial Foundation to support its mission and goals.
