Maya's Hope: Urgent Hirschsprung surgery for a 3-year-old in the Philippines

Meet Jamir, a 3-year-old boy from the Philippines. He was born with Hirschsprung disease, a rare condition that affects the nerves in the large intestine, making it difficult for him to pass stool. Despite the odds, Jamir and his family have shown incredible strength and determination.

Jamir's parents, his mother a devoted housewife, and his father a hardworking construction laborer earning less than $100 a month, have faced numerous hardships. Their home lacks basic amenities like running water and a proper toilet. But their love for Jamir knows no bounds, and they are doing everything they can to ensure his well-being.

Now, Jamir desperately needs a Hirschsprung surgery - a procedure that will provide him with the chance to live a life free from pain. But we need your help to make this surgery a reality for Jamir.

Your thoughtful donation will bring us closer to the goal of giving this brave little soul the chance to shine even brighter.

Join us in making Jamir's dream come true!

Your support will not only change Jamir's life but also touch the hearts of everyone involved. It's a chance for all of us to be part of a heartwarming story of compassion and triumph. Together, we can make a world of difference in his life.

Maya’s Hope works to improve the quality of life of orphaned, impoverished and special-needs children on a global scale.
