Little Maria in Ukraine Needs Our Help!
Meet Maria, a sweet 4-year-old girl from Ukraine who has been fighting since birth. Born prematurely, she faced serious health challenges from her first days. At just 10 days old, she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, brain underdevelopment, and severe motor impairments.
What does this mean for Maria?
Maria cannot walk, sit, or even hold up her head. Her muscles are stiff, making every movement a struggle. She doesn’t speak and needs constant care from her family. Simple things like playing, eating, or holding a toy are difficult for her.
How can we help?
Maria needs to continue her therapy courses to ease her pain, improve her mobility, and give her a chance to move, play, and interact with the world. But her family, living near a war zone, cannot afford it.
