In the Philippines, many children in poverty lack basic needs like food, water, and medical care. For children with special needs, the struggle is even harder.

Kieffer had his first seizure at 6 months old and was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy and a seizure disorder. Since then, his mother has cared for him full-time.

Kieffer is now 4 years old. He cannot walk or speak and depends fully on his mother. Still, he is showing encouraging progress.

Kieffer is improving.

He is more active, more responsive, and often happier. He coughs less and shows interest in other children. He is also eating better, including biscuits, and has not been hospitalized in the past year.

In his June 2026 check-up, his doctor noted improvements in movement and weight. His medication was adjusted, with a follow-up scheduled for September 2026.

His progress is steady, but he still needs ongoing care, medication, and nutrition.

His mother works hard selling items online, but income is very limited. Support from Maya’s Hope helps her provide food and care for Kieffer and his siblings.

Your support helps:

  • Provide nutrition for growth

  • Access medication and medical care

  • Reduce stress for struggling families

This fundraiser supports Kieffer’s formula, diapers, medication, food, and daily needs.

If you can, please donate. If not, sharing his story also helps. 🤍

Maya’s Hope supports orphaned, impoverished, and special-needs children worldwide.
