In Ukraine, parents of children with special needs are encouraged to hand their children over to state care. They are told their children are a burden on society. Children are sent to institutions where they are subjected to abuse and neglect. There is minimal support available to parents who fight to keep their children with them. Maya's Hope wants to help relieve some of the burden on these amazing parents and assist in keeping children with their families, where they belong.
"Hello! For two years you have been helping us with Glebushka! As much as I was ashamed, but I again have to ask for help. I am not in a position to buy such expensive and vital strips for measuring INR from Glebushka.
Some of our news.
Gleb goes to kindergarten. He has great progress in development: he understands literally everything, began to speak a lot of words, is active, loves to dance. He began to love to be photographed. Everyone in the school is delighted with Glebushka! Educators praise him, as he is diligent, sociable and sociable. Thank you very much for your support and help!"
Gleb had heart surgery in the past and needs to take medication every day to make sure he doesn't get blood clots. He needs testing strips to test his blood levels daily. Can you help us purchase them for him for the next three months?
