Maya's Hope: Medicines and Nutrition for a Hospitalized Baby

In Ukraine, parents of children with special needs are encouraged to hand their children over to state care. They are told their children are a burden on society. Children are sent to institutions where they are subjected to abuse and neglect. There is minimal support available to parents who fight to keep their children with them. Maya's Hope wants to help relieve some of the burden on these amazing parents and assist in keeping children with their families, where they belong.

"Maxim was to a low-income family.  He returned to the hospital recently. At the time of hospitalization, the child was in an extremely neglected condition with severe protein-energy deficiency, purulent conjunctivitis, purulent urethritis and fungal dermatitis. His parents do not visit and do not take an active part in the examination and treatment of the child. At present, Maxim is in a serious condition due to sepsis and neurological symptoms. After additional examinations, he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus with cerebral leukomalacia, pneumonia, bronchitis, carditis, hepatitis and cerebral palsy. He needs further examinations and treatments including IV antibiotics and nutrition."

Can you help us purchase antibiotics and parenteral (IV) nutrition for Maxim?
