Maya's Hope: Formula and IV Cannula for a Premature Baby

In Ukraine, parents of children with special needs are encouraged to hand their children over to state care. They are told their children are a burden on society. Children are sent to institutions where they are subjected to abuse and neglect. There is minimal support available to parents who fight to keep their children with them. Maya's Hope wants to help relieve some of the burden on these amazing parents and assist in keeping children with their families, where they belong.

"Good afternoon. Our family faces a huge problem. Twins Demid and Daniel were born to us prematurely. On week 28, they saw this world. The babies were born weak, there was hypoxia, intracranial hemorrhage, Dima had pneumothorax, severe CNS damage, sepsis. After 3 months, Dima is already at home under the supervision of a family doctor, but Danya remains in serious condition. He has necrotizing enterocolitis. An operation was performed. He is 3-month-old child, weighs 2700 grams, he has received and receives all kinds of antibiotics and other drugs. In the intestine there is an infiltrate, which serves as a focus of infection, due to which the child has sepsis. The drugs only temporarily block the problem; the only solution is surgery. And the closure operation is still impossible to do because of such a low weight, he may not survive. He was prescribed a medicinal mixture "Neocate", the cost of which is high. A venous line is also needed through which the drugs must flow. In 3 months our family is already on the financial brink. All savings were spent on treatment. We also have an older child 10 years old, I am a mother on maternity leave, the only income is my husband's salary, which is sorely lacking. We're desperate.  Necrotizing enterocolitis is a very serious disease that requires long-term and expensive treatment. Therefore, our family is asking for help to save our Danechka."

Can you help us purchase pediatric IV cannulas and formula for Danya so he can gain weight and have surgery?
