Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.

Sofia is three years old and lives in the Philippines. She has Amelia syndrome. She was born without legs. She also has tounge tie and cannot speak.

Her father works as a land caretaker but his income is not enough for Sofia's extra needs.
