Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.

"Hello Maya's Hope. First of all, I'd like to thank you for approving my child's surgery. Thank you so much for all the help that you've given my child and you've given me hope that she will get better we love you Maya's Hope!"

Ariane is a 2-year-old little girl who was born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus. Ariane has an unrepaired myelomeningocele on her back (a myelomenigocele is birth defect in which a developing baby's spinal cord fails to develop properly). The myelomenigocele has been increasing in size she was born and she is getting more uncomfortable and it affects her ability to move around.

Her father works at a gas station and his income is not enough to pay for the expensive surgery.

Can you help us raise the funds needed for little Ariane to finally have the surgery she desperately needs?
