Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.
Raihanna is two years old and is being raised by a single mother. She has several diagnoses - cerebral palsy, epilepsy, microcephaly and she is malnourished. She weighs 14 pounds and is fed via a nasogastric tube.
Raihanna's doctor has requested that she have a MRI due to her significant seizures. Her mother is unable to afford the high cost of this procedure and has humbly asked for our help.
We also found out that the family has no refrigerator which means her mother is unable to safely store blended food for Raihanna.
Can you help this little family? We are raising funds to purchase them a small fridge and cover the cost of Raihanna's MRI.
