Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.
Alysha is 5 years old and has epilepsy and global developmental delays. Due to the pandemic, her father lost his job. He has been living with extended family in a larger city to try and find work to support his family. Alysha and her mother have been living with her in-laws.
They have not been able to afford Alysha's anticonvulsant medications and her seizures have been increasing.
We urgently need to purchase medicines and other essentials for Alysha. Can you help?
