Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life. Margot is a 3-year-old girl from the Philippines. She has cerebral palsy. She lives with her parents. Her father works as a farmer and their income is variable. The family is also raising her mother's younger sister who is still in school. Their home does not have running water.
