We make it clear that:

- Informed decision-making includes risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Disagreeing with a recommendation does not mean distrust, ignorance, or bad parenting
- Good medicine respects autonomy and individual circumstances
- Parents have the right to refuse one, some, or all vaccines without coercion or threats of denied care
