Manie Musicale Collaborative

This was my first year doing Manie Musicale and I loved it. Already looking forward to it again next year! Thank you to everyone for all the work you put into this.

Put me down as a sustaining supporter! $10 a month is way less than I spend at Dunkin or Aroma Joes in a week - sometimes a day. MM has been a game changer and I'm happy to forfeit store-bought caffeine for a day to support this!

Manie Musicale is one of the best cultural exploration activities that I have ever used! I love the world-wide collaboration and enthusiasm for this project.

Bonjour! I cannot agree more that this year was the best yet! So much work and experience go into this success. What I admire the most, is the choice of songs. This must be a long process full of tough decisions! My students related to the songs and it was such a pleasure to listen to their reactions and see their involvement. They do not like every song I choose on roxxem, which made me appreciate the makers of MM even more. Thank you so much for this wonderful season MM!

Manie is a game changer! I am deeply appreciative of the teachers who donate their time and resources to energize the teaching and learning of French!

I am at the end of my French teaching career. (Yay retirement in June!!) Manie musicale has been such a fun and impactful experience for my students and for me. Thank you SO MUCH for all the behind the scenes hard work that the volunteers contribute year after year. Bonne continuation !

After 14 years in the classroom and 19 years out to raise kids, I’m finally back and Manie is part of the reason why. My kids have been participating in Manie at their school for the past two years as I looked on, commenting how much fun it would be to teach it in my own classroom, because it didn’t exist when I taught before. This year, I accepted a teaching position and got to do just that. There has has been so much fun and learning in my classroom! Thank you to all who make this happen and to all the teachers who share their fabulous resources!

We love Manie Musicale!

Manie is the best thing that has happened in my French classes. The students ask at the beginning of the school year constantly when it will happen and during the whole month of March the engagement level is high. My students are still talking about the artists and songs after the final reveal. They see, hear and feel French thanks to MM!!! Thank you to the Manie nation and all the generous contributors who shared their fun, creative and engaging resources. This is legendary!!!!!
