By donating, you certify that: You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. You are at least 18 years old. You are contributing your own funds, and not those provided by another person or entity. You are not a foreign national or otherwise prohibited contributor.
Reporting Requirements:
For donations over $50, Kansas law requires your name and address.
For donations of $150 or more, we must also collect your occupation and employer.
