If we’ve learned anything over the past few years, it’s how to adapt to changing circumstances. Given current COVID transmission rates, the fact that many in our community are immunocompromised, and out of an abundance of caution, we have determined it prudent to forgo the in-person component of this year’s Light the Journey Gala.
However, turning the lights off on this year’s in-person gathering provides a unique opportunity to shine a spotlight on the empowering story of how Gayle Jacobs has navigated her diagnosis and adapted to life with ALS in a one-of-a-kind docuseries.
We will be kicking off the docuseries on Saturday, April 9, 2022, with a video premiere, silent auction, and opportunity to give. Subscribe today using the form on this page to follow along with Gayle’s journey as we highlight her stories, from the day-to-day experiences of living with ALS, the perspective of friends and family, and the illuminating ways in which she continues to live life to its fullest.
