As passionate educators, musicians and tango lovers, we at Tango Sin Fin would love to give schools in the US the opportunity to play amazing new tango and Argentine pieces, but we need your help!
Participating in their school’s orchestra brings young people the opportunity to learn how to play an instrument, develop musical skills, learn teamwork and collaboration, build self-confidence and, most importantly, experience the joy of music!
That’s why we want to create a Tango Catalog for Young Americans filled with works composed and arranged by talented Argentinian composers, to be published in the US and offered in High School Catalogs.
The scores will be written following the “American Band College Music Grading Chart” that uses a 5-level approach to music pieces, allowing students and orchestras to play beginner, intermediate and advanced pieces according to their needs.
The editions will include notes for the teachers and exercises on tango techniques to practice with the ensembles.
Your support will make a direct impact on school communities all around the country, giving young musicians the opportunity to experience playing tango, tailored especially to their needs!
