I am a dedicated community member and parent of two Yorkville CUSD 115 students with a passion for education. I have over 10 years of experience volunteering in local schools, including serving as president of the PTOs at both Autumn Creek Elementary School and Yorkville Middle School. Additionally, I serve as Vice President of the Yorkville Educational Foundation, the non-profit fundraising partner for Y115. In these roles, I have gained valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing our schools, and I am committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure that every child receives a high-quality education. In my time as a Y115 parent, I have also served on the district Health & Wellness and Transportation committees. As a parent concerned with student safety, I worked with the district, the United City of Yorkville and the Yorkville Police Department to install and staff a new crosswalk to serve the students of Autumn Creek. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and I currently work as a social media content creator and manager. I am excited to bring my experience, skills, and dedication to the school board to make a positive impact on the education of our children.
