I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach and the Professional Mentoring Program Lead for ALPFA New York. I am deeply committed to helping individuals align with their purpose and lead with authenticity. Trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), my approach blends evidence-based strategies with spiritual insight and mindfulness.
My coaching draws inspiration from timeless wisdom—including Buddhist and Taoist philosophy, The Power of Now, The Four Agreements, and principles of modern psychology. I guide clients in designing fulfilling careers, making intentional decisions, and cultivating resilience in both life and leadership. Together, we explore challenges as catalysts for growth and shift from reactive patterns to purpose-driven action.
With over 15 years of professional experience across organizations like J.P. Morgan, the City of New York, Doctors of the World, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow, I bring a multifaceted background as a technical project manager, consultant, and educator. I hold credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
I earned my MPA from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics and Management from the Colin Powell School of Civic & Global Leadership at The City College of New York.
