Hi Friends and Family.
Well, I’m off again to Cambodia in November to help build another house for a deserving family. I have paid for my flights and accommodation, but would love it if you could help a little with the cost of the build. We will be building a house, toilet and water pump for this family and it will be life changing for them. This will be my fifth house build and I can tell you its a fabulous thing to do.
The Cambodians are such lovely people who have been through so much pain and suffering.
The wonderful people at Heartprint, the charity who coordinates the build, have a saying “We give them a hand up, not a hand out” and that is so true. When ever I go back to Cambodia, and I go a lot !! I try to visit the families of the previous builds and I can tell you that they do so much to their houses over time as money permits.
Heartprint is a registered charity and a tax invoice will be sent to all who contribute, so you can claim it against your tax when filing your tax returns.
