A few years ago, when I struck out on my own, I learned fast: no one does this alone. Every step forward has been shaped by mentors and colleagues who showed up when I needed them.

I still remember how lost I felt in those early days — until I met Kamilah Martin, founder of the Katalyst Mastermind Community. For the first time, I was surrounded by people who got it.
