June 8th: NH to DC for Gaza
UPDATE: Our van is currently full and not accepting new reservations. Thank you to everyone who donated to make this possible! If you would like to caravan to DC with us in your own vehicle, please dm @psl_snh on Instagram or email us at newhampshirepsl@gmail.com. You can still donate via this form to help us cover travel costs! There is also a bus leaving from Vermont, you can find more details about that here: donorbox.org/jun-8-vt-to-dc-for-gaza
June 8th marks 8 months of US-Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people, and marks the 54th anniversary of the occupation of Gaza. A month ago, Biden said that the invasion of Rafah was a red line. But now, the invasion of Rafah has continued for weeks, has expanded to the entire Gaza Strip, Biden’s red line is nowhere to be seen. Instead of following through and stopping military aid to Israel, Biden has authorized billions more in weapons shipments to be used to kill and massacre Palestinians.
Biden can’t draw the line, but we can. On June 8th, we will come together from across the country and surround the White House. Wearing red, and raising our demands high, we will show the world that we are the red line. We demand an immediate ceasefire, an immediate end to the siege on Gaza, the freedom of all Palestinian prisoners, and an end to the occupation of Palestine. Stop the Genocide! We are the red line! Free Palestine! For more information on the demonstration, click here: https://www.shutitdown4palestine.org/.
We plan to send organizers and community members from NH to DC in an entirely volunteer funded effort, and we don't want travel costs to prevent anyone from participating in this historic action. If you are able, please consider donating more than the cost of one seat so we can open up seats to community members who are unable to pay.
Please pay what you can to reserve your seat in the van from NH to DC!
We will be leaving from the Londonderry, NH Park and Ride (4 Symmes Drive, Londonderry, NH 03053, at Exit 5 off I-93) at 10:30pm on Friday, June 7th. We anticipate returning to this location around 5:00am on Sunday, June 9th. Once you reserve your seat, we will be in touch with more details!
Can’t join us in DC? Contribute by purchasing solidarity seat tickets for those who can’t afford it!
Or donate any amount you can afford - all donations are greatly appreciated!
100% of your contributions will be used for the purposes outlined above. Donations are not tax deductible.
